The grassroots gathering in Belfast has been booked into Queens Students Union, located on University Road opposite the main Queens University building. There will be people here in the Conference Room between 2pm and 8pm on Friday so that you can check-in and all day Saturday. We will also be able to connect people with a place to sleep if they need this. The conference room is accessible by a stairwell at the back of the building. During Saturday all of the workshops will be held on the third floor of the nearby Peter Frogaty Building (with elevator access). If you arrive after 8pm on Friday you might be better to go to the South Bank Hall where the evening festivities are happening and someone will be available for you to check-in.
